The thing about low Market cap explorers is that they are highly volatile when it comes to share price. It’s like riding a roller coaster while day traders and the like have a field day. If you have done your research and believe in the company you have to ignore the waves (or trade them if you feel confident to do so).
TMG is an excellent example. While everyone was panicking when the price fell a little while ago, I bought a ton (for me) of options at approximately a cent each. Risky yes, but I’ve done my research and I feel confident in this stock. I’ll temper this with the admission that I’ve been wrong before and have learned a few lessons the hard way! I’ve watched so many junior miners sink to the absolute depths only to rise like a phoenix and we can all speculate on the reasons for this.
IMO the first companies able to get themselves sorted and producing will be the money makers and I believe TMG is positioning themselves well for this. But we all feel our own losses and gains so DYOR and read up on everything you can.
Don’t get emotional about your investment but make good logical decisions based on what you have learned. Eg., anyone getting emotional about yesterday’s announcement may have rushed to add to their holdings at 10.5 cents in the morning only to crash down to around 8 cents in the afternoon.
I don’t feel confident trading the ups and downs. My strategy is long term so the fluctuations are not a concern. Having said that, it is far more fun watching the upward movements than the downward!
