This is actually a bullish signal, market makers would of sold it down to parity price 0.054 usd is 0.083 aud so they can try accumulate more at the same price point, makes sense as they would want to try accumulate some at the same price as the ASX, hence the sell down to ASX level on a mere $126 worth of trades.
Shows people are accumulating in the USA as it does not make sense for them to be buying volume at 9c which is more than double the ASX price.
