to your point, it is a massive redflag that RML bought a property for over $10m that had 3 laywers of ownership as the originally property bought and flipped three times,

We're three layers of ownership deep, and this has ticket-clipping boat shoe brigade all over it; each layer of SPV is an intermediary expecting to get paid, and so the share issue expands exponentially until every leech gets a full belly"
RML also has a 8% royalty which makes project funding impossible. Im holding to my TMG shares tight as this is going much higher compared to the other junk in the market
