Rail could be an option UAMY has a smelter 70km east of Spokane at Thompson Falls and Antimony is about 110km South of Provo
Rail is probably too expensive but can handle bulk transport there are lots of old smelters nearer to Antimony but not for that ore possibly could be converted, I dare say they are currently looking at all options with the guru of smelting watch this space in the coming weeks lots of news to spruik about!
