Per the NSW resources department, the deposit doesn't fall within a national park or state conservation area.
There is a national park abutting the north, west and south east of the tenement but not within and nowhere near the deposit.
There is state conservation area within the tenement but state conservation area doesn't prohibit mining activity and it is not located within the identified mineralisation.
