Now you're being pedantic (tongue firmly in cheek). OK maybe he didn't call 28 times, more like once, and returning the call to a shareholder might have been the polite respectful thing to do even if it was just to listen to what was on the shareholder's mind. After all, public companies need to understand that we shareholders are as important to the success of a public company's business as any other arm of its operations (including the Board) and our concerns shouldn't be just brushed off as if our concerns don't matter. They matter to us and returning a phone call IS NOT a big ask. Its part of conducting your business professionally.
