Likely it was warranted though I'm not up to speed on specifics. Minerals in Ghana is widespread.
To me it was very odd that Mr Edward K was allowed by miff to partake in the last raise. There were too many angles where this looks bad. Going forward, likely miif install a new person to Atlantics board and Edward will be removed. Not sure Atlantic want to keep him on if they don't have to. If I was Mr President, I would have sacked the entire exec board (if I could).
