Today I tracked the trade between 4 and 4:10. It was shorters as work. The sell side was manipulated every second to match the buy side in order to ensure price ended half a cent down. I have observed that happening several times in last week or so. Fortunately the short position is still very low compared to for instance SYR. Nevertheless this is purposely pushing the sp down.
