I honestly think the recent SP action has more to do with politics than anything. There has been a great retreat since Trump took office and froze all deals, on top of which he is demanding rare earths from Ukraine which include graphite.
but honestly I personally think the share price has factored this new risk in too much, it is clear these resources are critical now and even if Ukraine were to agree to mineral terms and peace out tomorrow they would lost a very large chunk of these resources to Russia and would need time to rebuild all the while china is still pumping out EVs taking advantage of foreign taxation systems like Australia's FBT discount on EV vehicles for novated leases. I believe Trump's words regarding not favouring EVs spoke to the removal of these tax breaks for purchasing completed cars rather than removing deals to create facilities which generate resources to produce the cars
