From listening to the relevant parts from the council meeting, I think it's important to point out that Acting CEO Long has passed his first test. It seems he has done a good job getting trust back and it was pointed out a number of times that truthful communication and relationship building has got this part over the line. We must remember the man wasn't employed very long before he was thrown into the job to fix alot of f ups. Don't be surprised if they can't find a CEO willing to take the job and Long gets the loan closed, that he will be officially given the CEO position. I note a comment was made by the council that they like the current management situation.
