It’s a confusing & drawn out process. Chattanooga City Council (CCC) & the Hamilton County Commission (HCC) have both given their approval. The Chattanooga Industrial Development Board (CIDB) who actually own the land met on the 4th for their final discussions (regarding the Pilot policy). At the end of the meeting the chair advised they would convene next month to vote on adopting these Pilot policies. They’re all supportive so there’s no doubt of the outcome but there’s a process to follow so is what it is. Their website shows they convene on the first Monday of each month which would be April 7th.
