At the AGM on May 30th, Max Ji said the dispute over the sale of the graphite assets would be settled by the end of June. The Chinese have paid half of the $17 million, so $8.5 million remains outstanding and the matter is before the Supreme Court of WA.
Well, here we are getting close to the end of June and no news so far.
The Chinese need to honour their promises and commitments and get the deal settled ASAP.
