so in a nutshell graphite historically has not been produced outside of China because that's where the upstream processes have been happening.
now the West is awake to having complete reliance on China for critical minerals (electrification) we also need a source of graphite production outside of China. Supply of ore or raw material exists but actually producing the material that goes into an anode does not, this is where RNU is going.
