Newperm,Regarding the PEPR I have it on good authority that the government came back with over 50 pages of queries, changes and need to do's, and as Renascor have only a handful of employees then this work is all contracted out and it could well be that a lack of coordination between the contractors could be contributing to the delay.
I would imagine the smart money know what is happening and feel they have more than enough time to push the sp down to a level that they can load up without any major price sensitive announcements dropping,cheers
