According to the announcement from 9 days ago, RNU is still negotiating for a suitable site.
Considering it has taken another company nearly 2 years since signing its options to lease, RNU is a long way away from getting into production, you only need to look at one of its peers who SP has been trashed during the long regulatory approval process, SP is down by 60% from its high.
BTW, POSCO has a 100k tpa flake graphite offtake for 100mesh 94-95% TGC graphite, This can produce around 50-65k tonnes of PSG
