    I think most reasonable people just expect steady progress. However I don't think government departments generally, promote steady progress, they appear to bog it down.

    We've got what we've got though. I don't know how DC remains so calm and cool. Maybe he is 10 years younger than he looks? biggrin.png

    I expect we might get a few surprises on how things move ahead once we navigate through the current roadblock. wink.png
