    Also wondering what peoples thoughts are on the funding of Phase 1. It looks to me as though there's probably enough existing capital available to fund Phase 1 assuming everything goes to plan, and there's no cost blowouts.

    Are people expecting any further Cap raises? Perhaps offtakes will provide a loan facility or pre-payment?
