let's throw in a bit of political thinking. The Premier takes a trade delegation to Japan and Korea. One of the invited delegates is DC. Then there is a standard group photos that includes the Premier, Tom K, Minister for Energy and Mining, Paul H, CE DEM AND ...DC. In politics messaging is important the minders are going to work hard for good news, DC is unlikely to be there if the project has any problem getting PEPR signed off. This is the govt pushing for opportunities for SA and it's companies. I think this is firm support for DC & RNU.
