I'd think most people, especially DC, would know you need infrastructure to mine i.e. roads, water etc
I would have thought that most investors would know you don't have to own the land to own mining rights.
I take it most investors would know that the conditional loan had conditions that needed to be met.
I'd think it would be known there are other suppliers in the market.
And then there was the $1.3 billion question...
I'd think most people, especially DC, would know you need...
