    ah I see.
    A quick google lead me to a HC post explaining it

    S3 xT is what they call a Block Special Crossing , which basically means its a special sized ( usually large ) cross trade. maybe for warrants , the cat 3 bit.

    so somebody/a broker has just moved around a bunch of shares at yesterdays close price.
