Not sure about each outlet, they have over 1,800, but they are certainly starting to roll them out, no doubt about it. BP have also aggressively started to roll them out over the last few months with their CEO recently in Australia promoting it.
Considering the retail convenience side of the business is the cash cow for these business' and the average EV driver will be charging for a good 15-20 minutes, one would think the EV driver would be buying snacks or something for hydration while waiting.
As the number of EV's grow in our market, more and more fuel/convenience outlets will install more chargers. I'm suprised 7 eleven havnt jumped on the bangwagon yet.
Im gobsmacked to see the number of Tesla's using superchargers considering the high cost, I think in the future these convenience stores could promote charging ie. Spend $10 in store and recieve 10c off per kw charging, making them cheaper than the tesla chargers.
