I'm looking at this whole thing now from Posco's perspective. They have access to a much needed mineral in a Tier 1 jurisdiction - all they need to do is make it easy for RNU & the SA Government to expedite extraction & processing.

There is no way they will let lack of funding become an obstacle - I can see positive, three way discussions taking place right now to get things moving for short, medium & long term supply. Long term may well include the PSG plant being made available to other graphite mines in the area - RNU becoming a contract manufacturer of PSG with all the benefits (read profit) that entails also.
