I don't think DC cares too much about MC at this stage, I think he is concentrating on funding, approvals, off-takes and getting a mine/plant up and running.
MC (and therefore SP) will increase as those things come about.
I'd rather have $140 million available and sit through a decrease in SP, than have a decrease and try to arrange funding later on.
