You could say that the whole region will experience a boom and that it is happening right now!

All the Eyre Peninsula councils along with the member for Stuart, Hon Geoff Brock MP have to be prepared for the influx and positive impacts that the Siviour mine will bring now, not tomorrow. The reason being is that generally speaking mining operations underpins many local economies more than many may realise. No just to support the mine itself but the workers after work environment as well. For instance, if they start a family, they will need more grocery, furniture, homeware and hardware stores, more hairdressers, more support services and more entertainment and places to get-away, etc, etc.

All this will take many years to play out (LOM 40 years +).So, no matter what the macro-economics, governments worldwide have set the global thematic and Siviour will have a major role to play in world stability and therefore regional stability.

The happy bubble has started.
