Just and FYI, advanced trading platforms like IRESS pro have a feature where you can execute an order when a certain % of a wall falls. So in a lot of cases when, say, 30% of a wall gets eaten, lots of orders are executed at that same price to bring down a wall and get their fill - thus getting rid of the wall within a second.
