can someone please explain why it takes so long to get a signed MOU? is it something that usually happens just before mining or is it after testing takes place?
how long does it usually take them to test the graphite grade? isnt that somthing that RNU has already done?
we are still waiting to hear back about financing from
government bodies.
i know its all a matter of time. i am just curious and hoping someone can fill in the gaps please.
