send him an email and ask. He cant tell you exactly what he can say in a non-price sensitive announcement. Another poster did this and has the reply. Its not like he's hiding from you and not returning emails/calls. It is nice to get tid bits of new info here and there to show progress, but if things need to be wrapped up completely before announcement, that's just not possible. I beieve there is progress being made behind the scenes otherwise I wouldn't be here right now.
