Not those sort of delays, but more the reporting side of things. No doubt in my mind we will be mining / processing the black gold by the end of next year, but it would be good if we had the second half of the equation being built by then, that is where the big bucks ( and divvies) will be. It is not like we have not got the cash or support to do so, forget the crawl first approach, we have the ability to put a major step ahead of the newbies, why let them crash our party.
