PLS in Halt this morning pending announcement on Joint Venture, the likely partners were POSCO or Calix and Calix isn't in a halt.
So...... POSCO JV with PLS at 6b market cap, bet POSCO would have liked a piece of that pie in 2015 with PLS at circa 200m MC. The same point that RNU are at now.
Timing is the only question for me. Will POSCO jump in cheap with current risk or wait for less risk and pay the premium.
