Between the correspondence my colleague has had with DC that I have seen, and the emails that I have had with DC, I am 100% confident that DC has mapped out the path to funding and full construction of our plant.... that minimises shareholder dilution and conversely benefits existing shareholders who will benefit from partners/participants buying on market.
DC has recently publicly expressed his desire to get the share price higher than the previous ATH in order to minimise dilution.
The next few weeks will be evidence of this IMO.
