The Union argument doesn't belong here, this is an RNU forum but just in case you get me wrong, I am a life member of the NZPFU, (NZ Firefighters Union) I can give you plenty of reasons why Unions are good things, further, in case anyone might think, "typical Union bloke", I have worked half my working time employing people so have seen it from both sides
