So the commentary above, begs the question as to where RNU is in the business cycle in relation to money flow? This is illustrated by the chart below which there is a focus on the Weinstein cycle which can be interpreted as an indicator of money flow. The weekly chart is more reliable. It indicates we are in Stage 1 which is the accumulation stage of position traders waiting for the greater growth stage of stage 2 to begin. Stage 1 is a stage of accumulation by stealth with the odd bear trap which facilitates buying on the dips. Currently the price pullback from the highest peak lies above the golden zone of 50% to 60% WHICH IS CONSIDERED NORMAL. The short term down trend is closing. An announcement would be nice for breakout, but I don't anticipate that yet at this time of year. More accumulation.
The accumulation phase has been supported by the shorters, which now seems to have topped out. Of course the end of year tax scenarios assist the accumulation too. The shorting has not been serious IMO, in terms of normally being associated with bad company performance but an anticipation of knocking the price down to accumulate. This is because of relatively low volumes.
I like this time of year to accumulate myself on worthy stocks. The politics of US debt issue has been resolved. There is less uncertainty which boosts the market.
