    You can read that multiple ways - in particular the "unprocessed" minerals part.

    It reads to me, that they want to force (thru policy) secondary manufacturing into Namibia and align with Europe. Which has multiple benefits for the country in terms of higher skilled jobs, higher margins as you move up the manufacturing chain, less susceptible to mineral price shocks, etc Other countries such as Indonesia, New Caledonia have passed similar policies with some exceptions ..........

    Anyway, federal loans are a start - but wherever we have significant mineral resources (iron ore, uranium, lithium, cobalt, rutile - https://www.ga.gov.au/digital-publication/aimr2020/world-rankings) on a global scale we should have laws that prohibit the export of
    that ore / concentrate ..........

    Geopolitical issues (China's behaviour, certain African countries nationalising Western assets) are assisting RNU fortunes so happy about smile.png
