Anyway, on taking a minority interest, yes Tanzania similarly implemented that some years ago, main problem they had is they didn’t have any supporting regulations in place so nobody knew how to implement it, including the Tanzanian administrative arm. Interestingly most projects are still looking at going ahead, not too many have pulled their operations , as you seem to suggest is the definite conclusion. So as I say, perhaps it is you that has no idea or perhaps just don’t like alternate opinions?
