Hi Jimmy, perhaps you missed my point, your previous post stated "RNU aren't infringing on any patent, granted or pending" . So my question is, if this is the case then why do they appear to be spending shareholder money objecting to the patent?
Does it matter if it's "overly broad" if they are not in breach anyways, or does it mean if the "overly broad" is patented that thier proposed processes would be in breach?
