Yes it was an "Own Goal" Its more alarming that no one listened to the audio file to discover that it was not an HF Free process.
I do recall one of the RNU holders advising how much weight the Dorfner presentation had for RNU's patent objection. Claiming Dorfner's method was available to the public just before EGR registered its patent application.
Anyway, the other company now has secured a USA patent, which might prevent RNU from supplying this market if they do use a similar process. I also believe the approved patent is other countries where Giga Factories are proposed.
Are you surprised none of the RNU bulls can find any update regarding POSCO?
