It's highly possible. I saw similar over at QPM regarding project costs, it really hurt the SP.
Hopefully there is plenty bubbling behind the scenes regarding offtakes and financing. In a perfect world the BAM announcement should be followed by a string of positive announcements already waiting to go. I could be wrong, but will remain confident at this point. Not advise, please DYOR
