- Currently 100% of PSG is processed in China.
RNU are looking to also sell into Korea, Japan, the US & EU, which will support higher pricing through IRA incentives, Battery Pass etc
- Graphite Concentrate DFS confirms lowest quartile OPEX, underpinning globally competitive PSG production
- RNU are planning on cutting out the middleman
In short, the complainant's claims are spurious and devoid of logic.
The defence moves to free up your honour's time to address more pressing cases, by resting.
