I agree with you.
I think DC will do all he can and he would likely have been measured in his assessment when he gave the market a time frame. Its just many here are expecting it 100% and I think we need to give him some space for things that are not in his control.
I think everyone knows the costs have increased considerably, and I recall a chat I had with Bomber last year where he gave me an estimate of how much more he thinks it will cost, so its expected to be a considerable amount more than the 2019 estimates without doubt.
I also doubt it will have an immediate increase in the SP but its the first next milestone before FID and offtakes so looking forward to the party starting immanently.
