Spotted this quote in an article today, i think this is the first time I've seen an actual calculation, i keep hearing about new plants being built that will produce x number of GWh, so thought it interesting enough to post here.
With around 800-900 tonnes of graphite consumed per GWh of lithium-ion battery production, the implications for graphite demand are considerable.
