I think yes and no. They are small fry on their own, have a read of this comment: "Already producing 10,000 tons per annum, Graphex is currently implementing a large-scale expansion to increase production to 20,000 tons per annum."
To put it in context, RNU stage 1 will produce 50,000t and stage 2 another 50,000t.
The other problem they have, is as far as i can see, they don't own a mine, they are reliant on purchasing from Northern Graphite and Syrah.
