Below is from my previous link to the new CATL battery. I recall recently that I either read or watched somewhere that the key to graphite in batteries going forward maybe in layering graphite of various sizes in the anode. From memory it was larger sizes at the bottom to smaller at the top. I am unsure if the comment below is using this idea.
