as for RNU's poor performance this year, it's likely a combination of a general rotation out of early stage mining stocks (ARU CHN TLG MNS GT1 CRR CVV CNB LKE SYA CXO AZL GLN GL1 AGY etc), weak graphite pricing, SYR production vs Chinese, time to production in BAM, and Capex costs. I've positioned myself over the course of this year to be comfortable with the current price but it's definitely not where I thought we'd be. It's getting close to being "cheap" given cash in hand and development cycle.
