Posco may get in cheap if this happens but it would lock RNU in partnership with a major battery player and buyer.
Posco have many other agreements/partnerships with suppliers (PLS for example) and they deliver on their promises- the plant under construction with PLS is on budget and on time atm.

I would expect a hugely positive reaction from the market over such an announcement - which could easily surpass any dilution costs.....then I expect we would also immediately complete the FID and start mining.....
