MOU with a key strategic partner that was signed 2 years ago and our current share price is at the same level.
A key stakeholder that they want to sign on with binding contracts to derisk the project further.
RNU wants money, they dont desperately need it yet, but they want it and the sooner the better before it gets desperate.
I dont think it gets clearer than that.
just to be clear i own a nice chunk of these , im not advocating for this dilution at this price, its just a reasonable possibility at this stage of the game.
