The announcement was made 25/08/2021 9:11am AEST Strategic Cooperation and Offtake Agreement with POSCO
This has been discussed on this forum at length.
Second page states:
"Subject to the satisfactory completion of technical and economic studies, the MOU also provides that POSCO may propose one or more forms of strategic cooperation between Renascor and POSCO (or one of its affiliate companies) which may include an equity investment in Renascor. Any such proposal for strategic cooperation will be at the complete discretion of POSCO, and acceptance of any such proposal is at the discretion of both parties. If any such strategic cooperation includes a proposal for equity investment that is acceptable to Renascor, such equity investment will be based on the value of Renascor immediately prior to the execution of this MOU"

Share price was roughly 10c at the time. The price ran away after that. Now we are back at 11c and much closer to the project getting up than we were in 2021. Im just speculating like everyone else on this forum so its just an experienced and educated guess that RNU is either already negotiating this or will be in the near term (as they have loosely eluded to in the BAM announcement), but I've been in this market for a while and it does look like there will be opportunist moves made.
Im just saying be at least emotionally prepared for the possibility of a mates club cheap entry.
