I think you are correct on your view re Toyota, however as the article below states they (Toyota) are in fact ramping up production of their EV models.
They have been slow to adapt to the EV rollout possibly due to their opinion on Hydrogen however it appears they are now swayed to the fact that BEV is the way to go.
I imagine they will be playing catch up over the next few years which can only benefit future suppliers like RNU.
