We along with our mates EcoGraf have major project status, which surely must be a prerequisite for consideration.
But the agreement covers the following jurisdictions "United States of America and Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the European Union".
I'm not saying i think its not us, but we have a fair bit of competition for those last 2 spots.
