.Honestly the goal posts have changed completely. DC should take his time to reset any ongoing negotiations so as not to get locked into already tentatively agreed positions. He needs time to build competitive tension amongst tier 1 customers, and play them off against each other as 1 December deadline nears.
China pricing irrelevant benchmark, so another measure, say mid-stream or down stream product pricing (depending on customer) I suppose would be more appropriate.
