You have to compare apples with apples.
You can’t make comparisons with other graphite companies that are indifferent and challenged. Therefore, the choices for any advanced in-country tier1 project outside of China are Renascor and Nouveau Monde. That’s it! As both plan to downstream next to their resource which is located in a safe and secure mining jurisdiction. Also, both are highly attractive propositions and have already received a lot of government support and loans.
It’s unbelievable how many graphite projects will be moving material from a mine concentrate site to a PSG processing plant overseas. However, Renascor will create a smaller carbon-foot print because it will have no import shipping and exchange rate costs that could comprise its supply and earnings. Also, it will be able to maintain a consistent overall supply of quality material, using South Australia’s high renewable energy (and growing) supply from the grid as per the independent Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) recently validated.
The global investment community is searching for ‘honest’ ESG projects to take us forward in a post CV19 geopolitical environment. South Australia has a long track record for strict regulatory and environmental practices. It’s a sovereign-trusted and mining jurisdiction and now we have a LCA (low carbon foot print) that puts us in prime position for risk-adverse offtakers.
Renascor's Siviour BAM project is a simple and complete project that will produce robust margins for years to come! It is and has never been comprised by bs. Making it the envy of the sector.
